Let me know if you plan to come-and we'd better make our official start time 6:30-I just can't get dinner in everyone fast enough when Josh only gets home at 5:45- ya dig?

moved east

the first real piece of mail that i received at the new address was my National Geographic today. :) this makes me happy. i don't really get much mail that is not junk or bills, so the fact that my mail here started off with my only magazine subscription just made my heart smile. and my face. i'm pretty much smiling all over. something i learned today: hibernating toads stay in badger dens. who knew? well. national geographic did, i guess. anywho, just writing to let you know that i'm here, safe and sound, and with my yarn stash intact. :)

more to come later.

Dyeing Workshop

Here are photos of the dyeing workshop we did on Saturday. I forget how giddy one feels after dyeing their first skein... it's like cocaine coursing through your veins... or at least that's how I imagine it feels... There are eight new addicts reading food labels and looking at Red Dye #40 in a whole new light and developing new reasons to buy vinegar in the gallon sized bottles. We even had a few intrepid souls drive up from Rapid City to join us.
